What you'll do?

• Onboard new customers by setting up the platform and guiding them through key features.
• Train teams to use our tools effectively in their day-to-day planning.
• Work closely with customers to refine their inventory planning and operational processes.
• Ensure customers see measurable improvements in their workflow and decision-making.
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with our team to enhance the platform.

What we're looking for?

• Hands-on experience in planning or operations within the fashion industry.
• Strong communication skills—able to explain concepts clearly and build solid relationships.
• A sharp eye for spotting inefficiencies and improving planning processes.
• Enjoys working with customers and helping them succeed.
